Menu Diet

Aku pernah nemu menu diet ning internet, ngene iki:

1. Hari pertama: buah thok

2. Hari kedua: sayur thok

3. Hari ketiga: buah karo sayur thok

4. Hari keempat: susu karo pisang thok

5. Hari kelima: nasi 5 sendok (sedino oleh pindo) dan tomat

6. Hari keenam: tahu tempe dan nasi 5 sendok, sayur yo ora popo

7. Hari ketujuh: koyo hari keenam, ning tambah jus gapopo

Jare yen nglakoni ngene, bobotmu bakal medun 7kg. Wow.

Ayo konco2 sing isih podo gembrot koyo aku, dicoba sek. Yen hari pertama gagal, yo wes ganti metode lain sing luwih penak. Hehe.
